Conversion tracking on Resova
Resova takes the booking on its own hosted flow, so the purchase and its value only reach your ad platforms if somebody configures that on purpose.

Where the click dies
The drawing below follows the detour. Watch what comes back from it, and what does not.
Where it dies
The click dies inside the detour. The booking completes on a hosted flow where the container does not run and returns to the site as a finished sale, so the journey looks whole. What returns is the booking. The value and the identity return only where the integration was built to carry them, and where it was not, value-based bidding trains on nothing.
What we scope first
The audit establishes which of these is live on the venue, and which is worth fixing first.
The customer completes a booking somewhere your container does not run by default. Without deliberate configuration the conversion either never reaches the ad platforms or arrives without the value, which makes value-based bidding train on nothing.
Why nobody catches it
One question decides it: which order identifier belongs to the paid click? If the hosted flow never returns one, both systems can look complete while the proof between them is absent.
The work
Evidence from a real booking, with the platform limits recorded rather than glossed over.
- 01Confirm what the platform exposes and what it does not before scoping anything
- 02Get the purchase, its value and an order identifier to the platforms in scope
- 03Rule out double counting where the platform sends its own events
- 04Test a live booking rather than trusting the configuration screen

For agencies and operators
Bring a Resova booking flow and we will read its setup before anything is signed.
Agencies keep the client relationship. Operators keep the account ownership. In either arrangement, definitions, configuration and test evidence stay with the people responsible for the work.
Agencies can bring the work in under their own name. Operators can engage directly. The implementation follows the account access and written scope.
