Google Ads and offline conversions
Make Google Ads chase booked jobs, not form fills.
We send your real sales back to Google, so it learns which clicks turn into paying customers.
Your CRM stays the record of every sale.
Free. One page. No call needed.
Google learns from what you count.
With automated bidding, Google Ads spends more on clicks that look like your past conversions, so if the only conversion it sees is a form fill, it buys more form fills, even when few of those people become paying customers.
It counts form fills, not booked jobs
A spam inquiry and a signed contract look identical to Google, because both of them stop at the form, so the budget slowly drifts toward the people who fill in forms most often, not the people who hire you.
Your uploads go in, but only some match
You upload your sales and Google accepts the file without an error, but only part of it connects back to a click, because the click ID was never saved with the lead when the form came in.
You can’t tell which clicks paid
The ad report shows clicks and leads, while your CRM shows the sales, and nothing connects the two, so nobody on your team can say which searches actually brought in paying customers.
Phone calls are invisible
Many customers would rather pick up the phone than fill in a form, especially when the job is urgent, so if a call is not tied to the ad that sent it, Google never learns that the click worked, and it keeps undervaluing the searches that make your phone ring.
Adding more budget will not fix any of this, which is why we fix the signal before we touch the spend.
What we build.
We build the loop that carries each sale from your CRM back to the click that started it, and then we set up the campaigns so they learn from that loop instead of from form fills.
Search campaigns on buying terms
We build clean Search campaigns around the words people type when they are ready to hire, and we remove the terms that only bring in browsers.
The click ID on every form
Every form saves the Google click ID along with the lead, so a sale can still be matched to the ad that started it, even weeks later.
Your CRM stages, sent back to Google
When a lead is marked booked or won, that stage goes back to Google with its value, so Google can finally tell a small job from a large one.
Enhanced conversions
Contact details travel with each conversion in scrambled form, which helps Google match more of your sales to the right click.
Call tracking tied to the source
Calls from your ads and your website carry the source that sent them, so a job that starts with a phone call still counts as a conversion.
Performance Max, only later
We turn on Performance Max only after real sales data is flowing, because until then it has nothing useful to learn from.
How the sales get to Google
Watch one test lead teach Google.
Move the lead through each stage to see exactly what goes back to Google at every step, and what Google learns from it.
Illustration: one test lead in a sandbox CRM
- Click ID saved with the leadSent to Google: Kept for the match
- New lead from a Google adSent to Google: Lead, with no value yet
- Job booked on the calendarSent to Google: Booked job, with its estimated value
- Job done and paidSent to Google: Won, with the real sale amount
Google now knows this click brought in a paying customer, and exactly what the sale was worth.
In your build, these stages come from your own CRM.
How it runs.
Check the count first
We check what Google counts today, whether the click ID reaches your CRM, and where calls lose their source, and then you get the fixes in the order we would make them.
Fix the tracking
We fix the forms, the call tracking and the CRM stages, then test each one with a test lead before any budget moves.
Send sales back
Booked and won stages start flowing back to Google with their values, and we check how many of them match a click.
Clean up the campaigns
Search campaigns go on the terms people use when they are ready to buy, while Performance Max waits until there is enough sales data for it to learn from.
Review every week
Each week we read the search terms report, remove the searches that waste money, and check that the uploads are still matching to clicks.
Who it is for.
Home service companies
Jobs start with a search, a call or a form, and end as a booked job.
Law firms and other service firms
A signed client and a spam form should never count the same.
Any business already on Google Ads
Your CRM tracks leads through stages like booked and won.
What an outside audit finds.
A mortgage broker’s site
Three things stood out.
The Google Ads tag was on one funnel only
The tag loaded on the main lead funnel, but it was missing from the home page and from a local rates page that we also checked.
The conversion had no value
It fired once a visitor confirmed their phone number with a text code, which is a sensible filter against spam, but it sent no value and no enhanced conversion data, so every verified lead looked the same to Google.
The click ID was already captured
The funnel already saved the Google click ID with each lead, which makes it simple to send later stages, like a funded loan, back to Google, as long as the CRM keeps the ID.
From the outside, the funnel told Google a phone number was verified, with no value attached, and we could not see whether closed loans reached Google some other way.
What we checked
Fair questions.
Do you promise more leads or a better return?
We promise proof, not a number. With the 14-Day Ad Proof you'll know which ads book jobs, tested against your own records, or you get your money back. Then we cut what doesn't book and move the spend to what does.
Does this work with our CRM?
If it tracks stages like booked and won and can store the click ID with each lead. The review confirms it.
What access do you need?
Read access to Google Ads and a view of your CRM stages. The build needs edit access, and you accept Google’s terms screens yourself.
Do you send our customer details to Google?
Only after we confirm your business is eligible and you have the consent the rules require. Details go in scrambled form.
Can you run our Google Ads too?
Yes, if you want us to. We set up tracking first, then run the campaigns on it.
Fix the signal, then spend.
Send your website and the ad you run most. Within 2 business days we send back one page: three phone screenshots, the three worst leaks in plain words, and the one fix that pays fastest.
Want us to run the campaigns too? We can, once the tracking is in place.
