What this site collects, and why.

What you type into a form: for example your work email, company, website and your answers to the diagnostic questions. We do not ask for anything we do not use to reply.

How you arrived: if you came from an ad or a tagged link, the campaign tags (utm_source and similar) and the ad platform click identifier in the address (for example gclid or fbclid), plus the page you landed on and the site that referred you. Your browser keeps this in local storage for up to 90 days and sends it only when you submit a form. Other parts of the address are not kept.

How the site is used: pages viewed and actions such as a form being sent, through Google Analytics loaded by Google Tag Manager.

Technical data every website receives, such as your IP address and browser type, handled by our hosting provider.

To reply to you and to do the work you ask for.

To sort enquiries on arrival. Your answers, company, website and the domain of your email address (not your name or full address) are sent to TypeSafe AI, whose Jev model rates how well the enquiry fits the work we do, which market it comes from, and whether it looks like spam. Only we see the result; it never changes what the site shows you.

To measure which advertising produces enquiries. When a form is received, we may tell Google Ads and Meta that a lead occurred. Meta receives a one-way hash of your email address, the click identifier you arrived with, your IP address and browser type, never your answers. If you later become a client, we may report that outcome to the same platforms the same way.

To understand and improve the site, in aggregate.

Vercel hosts the site. Google provides Analytics, Tag Manager, Google Ads and the Google Workspace tools where enquiries are stored. Meta receives the conversion events described above. TypeSafe AI sorts enquiries. Resend may deliver enquiry emails to us. Each processes data under its own terms.

You can use the site without submitting a form. Clearing your browser storage removes the stored campaign details. Browser settings and extensions can block analytics and advertising measurement, and the site keeps working.

We do not sell personal information. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, send a message through the contact page and we will act on it.

Enquiries are kept in our lead record for as long as they are useful for the relationship, or until you ask us to delete them. Advertising and analytics platforms keep data under their own retention settings.
