What does the $1,000 cover?
One business, one website, one priority service and one market. We review up to three search competitors and 25 relevant search terms, rewrite one existing service page up to 1,000 words, and set up your dedicated workspace. You also get a branded findings report, one revision round, a recorded walkthrough and a written progress review after publication.
Will you publish the page?
The pilot includes the revised copy, page title, search description and internal-link recommendations. Your team can publish it, or we can quote implementation separately. Redesign, development and tracking repairs are separate work.
What do I own, and what is branded?
The dedicated OpenSEO installation, accounts, research and page copy belong to your business. We use your approved logo and colors in the findings report and handover. The workspace keeps the standard OpenSEO interface. A custom app theme, white labeling and custom-domain engineering are not included.
Are there ongoing costs?
There is no required MMS retainer. Up to $20 of pilot research usage is included. You pay agreed hosting and future data usage directly to the providers. We confirm those costs and who handles software updates before payment. Automated research schedules stay off unless separately approved.
What access do you need?
A client-controlled Cloudflare account with billing enabled where required, a DataForSEO account, and authorized Google Search Console access. The Google connection also needs a client-controlled OAuth project. We check the setup with you before payment. You never need to send passwords by email.
When do we check progress?
Initial delivery takes 10 business days after complete access and kickoff. Send one revision round within five business days of delivery. Publish within 30 days of handover and keep measurement access available; we review the selected page 30 days after publication. A small sample may need more time before a useful conclusion is possible.
Will this bring more customers?
The pilot gives you research, a stronger page and a way to check progress. Rankings, inquiries and revenue depend on what happens next. If the evidence points away from further search investment, we explain why; you still receive the research, page rewrite and workspace.
