Online Store Growth Diagnostic

Count each sale once, from your own orders.

Every ad platform claims the same sale, so we check each claim against your orders and refunds, then name the one thing to fix next.

Your orders decide, not the platforms.

The teardown is free, and the paid diagnostic is scoped and priced in writing before it starts.

Reconciliation sheetPart of the paid diagnostic
  1. Order AExpected overlap

Google Ads and Meta both claim it

We count One sale, from your store

  2. Order BConfirmed error

    Meta received the purchase twice

We count One sale, and the doubled tag goes on the fix list

  3. Order COpen gap

TikTok Ads claims a sale that no store order matches

We count Nothing until the records settle it

The claims don’t add up.

Two different problems hide inside the same advertising dashboards, and each one needs a different answer before you move any budget.

  1. Two platforms credit one order.

Each platform counts the sales that follow its own advertising, so a buyer who saw both a Google ad and a Meta ad appears in both reports, and while that overlap is expected, the combined dashboards then report more revenue than your store recorded.

  2. Some sales are sent twice.

A duplicated tag or a reloaded confirmation page can send one purchase to the same platform twice, which is a genuine tracking error that inflates the report until someone repairs the tag.

  3. Refunds and repeat buyers blur the picture.

A platform that never hears about a refund keeps counting the sale, and a report that does not separate returning buyers from new ones credits the ad for customers you already had.

Two questions, in order.

First: which sales were counted more than once?

We follow a real purchase from the advertising click to the order record, then reconcile each platform’s claims to your store’s orders, refunds and new customers, and every difference is then classified as one of three kinds, so you know which ones need a repair and which ones are simply how attribution works.

Confirmed error
The tracking itself is broken, for example one purchase reported twice, so we identify the exact repair.
Expected overlap
Two platforms credit one order under their own attribution rules, which is normal, so we count it once and leave the setup alone.
Open gap
A platform claim your store records cannot confirm or rule out, so we flag it separately rather than guess.

Then: what is holding growth back?

Once the count is reliable, we examine the six places where store growth usually gets stuck, weigh the evidence for each, and name the single constraint worth fixing next.

  • OfferIs the product, price and bundle worth buying, with margin left over?
  • ConversionDoes the site keep the ad’s promise all the way through checkout?
  • DistributionAre your channels reaching new buyers at a cost you can afford?
  • CreativeDo your ads speak to the different reasons people buy?
  • RetentionDo buyers come back for a second and third order?
  • New-customer profitWhat do you keep from a new customer after every cost?

How the diagnostic runs.

  1. Agree the scope.

We agree the store, the ad channels and the email tool in scope, in writing.

  2. Test a real sale.

We follow one purchase from the ad click to the order record.

  3. Reconcile the claims.

We check each platform’s claims against your orders, refunds and new customers.

  4. Rank the constraints.

We weigh the evidence for each of the six growth levers and name the one to fix next.

  5. Hand over the answer.

You get the reconciliation sheet, the ranked constraints and the next move, in writing.

Is it a fit?

A good fit

  • An established store with real orders and at least three months of order history.
  • Ads running on more than one platform.
  • A team or outside partners who can carry out the work the answer recommends.

Not a fit

  • Stores that have not launched yet.
  • Owners looking only for someone to manage ads or produce creative.
  • Anyone who wants revenue or return on advertising spend promised in advance.

Fair questions.

Do you run our ads?

Not as part of this diagnostic, because every recommendation lists its evidence from your own records, so whoever manages your advertising can verify the reasoning and carry out the work. Running ads with us would be a separate scope, written up only if you ask for it.

Which platforms do you check?

We check your store, the advertising channels in scope, such as Google Ads, Meta or TikTok Ads, and the email or retention tool that brings customers back for another order.

What if our tracking turns out fine?

Then you know your platform reporting holds up against your own orders and refunds, and we move directly on to identifying what is holding your store’s growth back.

Can you promise more sales?

No, because sales depend on your market and your competitors as much as on your marketing. We deliver a verified sale count, reconciled against your own orders, and the one constraint worth fixing next.

What’s the catch?

The teardown is free, and the diagnostic that follows it is paid, with its scope and price agreed in writing before it starts, so you know exactly what we examine and what you receive.

What happens in the free leak teardown?

You tell us about your store and the ad platforms you run, and you get a specific reply on where we would start.
