Booking tracking for venues

See which ads bring in paid bookings.

Many booking platforms finish the sale on their own site, where your ads can’t see it, so we fix the tracking on the paths we agree and prove it with a test booking.

Checked against your own booking report.

Free. One page. No call needed.

Where a platform does not expose the confirmation step, the record says so plainly instead of guessing.

Booked, but not counted.

The guest booked and paid, yet your ad account says the click did nothing, for one of three common technical reasons.

  • The checkout lives on another site.

Many booking platforms take payment on their own web address, so the tracking on your website stops at the door and never sees the finished sale.

  • The confirmation is a pop-up.

The confirmation screen opens in place without loading a new page, so nothing tells your tracking that the booking is complete and paid.

  • Or it gets counted twice.

The booking platform’s own pixel and your existing setup both report the same booking, so your advertising accounts believe you sold twice as much as you did.

Either way, your ads learn from numbers that do not match your own booking records.

What you get.

  • A map of the booking paths named in your written scope
  • The confirmation signal fixed on each of those paths
  • Duplicate counts removed
  • A test booking, found in your booking report and in each ad account
  • A handover record of what we tested and any platform limit
  • All of it set up in your own accounts

We walk the path, then fix it.

We fix the tracking on each booking path in your written scope, and then we prove it with a real test booking.

  1. 1

    Map the agreed paths.

We list each booking path in your written scope, from the ad click to the confirmation.

  2. 2

    Fix the signal.

We read the platform’s confirmation event instead of a page view and remove any duplicate count, so each booking counts once.

  3. 3

    Test one booking.

We make our own test booking, find it in your booking report, and check that it reaches each ad account once.

  4. 4

    Hand over the record.

You get the handover record: each path, how we tested it, and what each ad account saw.

The handover recordYour own record lists the booking paths named in your written scope.

The technical part
This usually means reading the booking platform’s confirmation event instead of a page view and handling a checkout that sits on a separate domain, and we set it all up in your own Google Tag Manager, GA4, Google Ads and Meta accounts.

If yours is not on the list, we work with the platform you already have and tell you up front when it is new to us.

Fair questions.

Do we need to switch booking platforms?

No, you keep the booking platform you already have, and the handover record shows exactly which of its booking steps we track and how each one was tested.

Will our ad numbers change?

The test booking, checked against your own booking report, shows what changes on each path before you rely on it, so a path that counted bookings twice will report fewer, a fixed path that was missing its signal starts to report, and the handover record states which happened.

How do you test without a real guest?

We make our own test booking, using a test code or a refund your team approves in advance, and then we follow that booking through every connected account.

Do you see our customers’ details?

You add us as a user in your own accounts, and you can remove that access whenever you choose. The work itself is on tags, events and settings rather than guest data, so we do not export or keep your guest lists, the test uses our own booking rather than a guest’s, and if a screen we need shows guest details, we ask for the narrowest access that still lets us do the job.

What’s the catch?

The teardown is free and the work after it is paid, but that work is scoped in writing before it starts and runs in a clear order, so you know which booking paths we cover and what you receive.

What happens in the free leak teardown?

You tell us your venue and your booking platform, and you get a specific reply on the steps we would test first.
