Free. One page. No call needed.

The job goes to whoever answers first.

A customer with a leaking pipe or a broken heater does not want to leave a message and wait for someone to call them back, so they call the next business on the list, and the first company that answers gets the chance to book the job.

  1. Calls go to voicemail.

Your team is out on a job or busy with a customer, so the phone rings out while nobody is free to pick it up. When the caller hangs up without leaving a message, you may never find out who they were or what they needed.

  2. Web leads wait for hours.

A form from your website or a lead from Local Services Ads sits in an inbox until someone finds the time to check it. By the time anyone replies, the customer may have already booked with a company that answered first.

  3. Nobody follows up twice.

Someone on your team sends one reply when they get a spare minute between jobs and phone calls. If the customer does not answer that first message, the lead goes cold, because nobody has the time to keep trying.

None of this means your team is doing a bad job, because busy people simply cannot answer every single call during working hours. It means your phone needs a dependable backup that keeps working during the hours when everyone on the team is occupied.

What we set up for you.

We build the reply system around the phone, forms and calendar you already use, so every new lead hears back from your business while they are still deciding who to hire, and we only text leads who agreed to it.

  • A text back for every missed call.

When a call rings out and the caller has agreed to get texts, they automatically get a short text from your own business number. The message says you saw the call and asks what they need, so the conversation keeps going until your team is free.

  • A quick reply to new web leads.

Leads from the sources we can connect, like your website forms, get a quick reply within the sending hours we agree with you, if they gave consent to be texted. Some lead sources, like Local Services Ads, may not allow a direct connection, and we tell you plainly about any source that does not.

  • A short follow-up that stops on reply.

If the customer does not answer, a few more messages go out over the following days at a steady, polite pace. As soon as they reply, the follow-up stops automatically and a person on your team takes over the conversation.

  • A booking link in every message.

Each message includes a link to your booking calendar, so a customer can choose a convenient time on their own. That way nobody has to wait for a call back, and your team does not spend the day trading voicemails.

  • An alert for the owner.

You or your office manager receive an alert whenever a new lead comes in, along with the details the customer shared. That gives a real person the chance to step in while the customer is still interested and ready to book.

  • A short weekly report.

Once a week we send one short report that shows how quickly each new lead received a reply and which conversations are still open. It is a short summary you can read over coffee, not a dashboard you need to learn.

The carriers approve texting first.

In the United States, a business has to register with the phone carriers before it is allowed to send text messages to its customers. This step is called A2P 10DLC registration, and approval usually takes about 1 to 3 weeks from the day the paperwork is filed.

We file that paperwork first, then set up and test everything else while the carriers review it. Your texts start once the carriers approve your number, while your calls and forms keep working as they do now, and if the carriers ask for changes, we make them and file again.

Who gets a text

  • We only text leads who agreed to it, which means people who contacted your business first and gave the consent the rules require for each kind of message, including the follow-up. Before texting goes live, we set up how that consent is collected and recorded on your forms and calls.
  • Anyone can reply STOP at any time to opt out, and after that they will not receive any more texts from your number.
  • We keep a clear record of each person’s consent to be contacted and of every opt out, so you can show it if a carrier or a customer ever asks.

How it runs

  1. First

We look at how calls and leads reach your business today, and we file the carrier registration for your texting number.

  2. While you wait

We write the messages with you, connect your forms and calendar, and test every path ourselves before any customer sees it.

  3. After approval

Texting turns on, so missed calls and new leads get their reply right away and your team picks up each conversation from there.

  4. Every week

You receive the short response-time report, and we adjust any step where a reply was slower than it should have been.

Who it is for.

  • Home service companies

Your team is out on a job when the phone rings.

  • Offices with a front desk

Calls ring out while your staff is busy with a customer.

  • Any business with web leads

Forms and new leads wait in an inbox until someone has time.

Choose each step below to see exactly what a caller would see on their own phone as the conversation moves forward.

Step 1 of 4: Call rings out. The customer calls while your whole team is busy on other jobs, and the call rings out with nobody free to answer.

Fair questions.

Will the texts come from our own number?

Yes, the text goes out from your business number, so the customer sees the same number they just called and knows who is writing. If your current line cannot send texts, we talk through the options with you before any work starts.

Who gets these texts?

Only people who contacted your business first and have given the consent to be texted that the rules require, because contacting you is not enough on its own, so before texting starts we set up how consent is collected and recorded. Anyone can reply STOP to opt out, and we keep records of every consent and every opt out.

Do you answer our calls or talk to our customers?

No, the system sends the first reply and the follow-up, and your team handles the real conversations. When a customer writes back, the follow-up stops automatically and a person on your team takes over from there.

Do we need new software?

We set it up in a texting and follow-up tool that connects to your phone line, your website forms and your calendar. If you already use a tool like this, we review it first and build on what you have wherever we can.

Is this part of a bigger plan?

It can be, because fast follow-up is one part of the growth system we build, along with ads, landing pages and tracking. The free leak teardown shows which part of the system would help your business most right now, and where it makes sense to begin.

What’s the catch?

The teardown is free, while setup work after it is paid and scoped in writing before it starts, and texting waits on carrier approval.
