Get your tracking set up. And checked.

In 14 days, we set up and test the agreed lead counts against your own records. If an agreed count is wrong, you get your proof fee back.

The teardown is free, with no call. The proof takes two short calls from you.

The path we connect: from the ad to a booking in your own records.

  1. The ad they clicked
  2. The call or form
  3. The booked job

Proof you can check, line by line.

Each lead type, where it is counted, and whether it matched your own records. This is a first check, with one leak still to fix.

Example deliverable. Illustrative checks, no client data.

A lead is a call, booking or form from a new customer. Each one is checked against your call log, booking system or form inbox.

Four of five checks match your records. One fix goes on the leak list.

A red row is a leak. We fix it and test again before day 14.

  • Your records decide

We check against your booking system, call log or inbox. Not the ad platform’s numbers, and not ours.

  • Agreed before we build

The counting rules are written down on day 0. That page is also the bar for your money back.

  • How a row matches

We place a test call, form or booking at a time you pick. Then we find it in your records with its ad. If it isn’t there, the row is red.

  • Built in your name

Ads, tracking and data stay in your accounts. You own the history if you leave.

Fourteen days. Two short calls from you.

One count you and we both trust, built across your ad, page and phone.

  1. Day 0

    Agree the count

A 20-minute kickoff call. We write down what counts before we build.

    • A count we both trust

Day 0. One page, signed off on the kickoff call. What counts as a lead, what counts as a booked job, and which records we check against.

  2. Days 1 to 9

    Map and fix

We find every place a lead can finish, then set up the tracking.

    • Lead path map

Every place a lead can finish: calls, booking pages, checkout pages and forms, even a booking tool on another site.

    • Tracking setup

Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta and call tracking, set up so each lead is counted once, with its source.

  3. Days 10 to 14

    Prove it

We place test calls, forms and bookings at times you pick, find each one in your records, and hand you the results.

    • Record check

We test every call path, form and booking, after hours too, and match each test to your own records. Only with your OK, at times you pick.

    • Proof sheet

One page. Each lead type, where it is counted, and whether it matched. Green or red, no jargon.

    • Leak list

Everything that loses you leads or money, ranked by cost.

    • Handoff call

30 minutes. We walk you through the proof sheet and show you how to read it.

Your accounts stay yours. Everything is built in accounts in your name. You keep it all, even if we never work together again.

We’ll tell you if it’s not a fit.

A fit if

  • You run a local service business, like a trade, a clinic, a venue or a broker.
  • You already spend on Google or Meta ads every month.
  • Your leads come in by phone, online booking or a web form.
  • You can’t say which ad brought in last week’s jobs.
  • You can give us access to your ad accounts, website and booking tool within 2 business days.

Not a fit if

  • You don’t run ads yet. Fix that first. Tracking comes second.
  • You want more leads this week. This makes your spend measurable. It does not promise more leads.
  • You won’t share your booking records, call log or form inbox.
  • You sell online only, with no local jobs or bookings.
  • You want a dashboard to look at and nothing else. We hand you proof, then a plan.

The proof, priced plainly.

A 14-day setup and test of how your leads are counted. See exactly what the $997 founding fee covers.

Founding price

14-Day Ad Proof

Tracking setup + verification

$997

one time, paid up front

Scope

One website and up to 2 booking or checkout tools.

A second website or third tool is quoted before you pay.

What you get

  1. Define and map

Agree what counts as a lead and booked job, which records we check, and map every call, form, booking and checkout path.

  2. Set up and repair

Set up or repair agreed Google Ads, Analytics, Meta and call-tracking paths so each tracked lead has a source and counts once.

  3. Test against records

With your OK, test calls, forms and bookings at agreed times, including after hours, and check each test against your records.

  4. Show the proof

Get a one-page proof sheet, prioritized leak list and 30-minute handoff call to review what matched and what needs work.

Built in accounts in your name. You keep the work.

Dashboards, campaign management, ad spend and ongoing monthly work are separate from this setup and testing fee.

Your money back if the count is wrong

By day 14, if any agreed lead type counts incorrectly against the records named in our counting agreement, you get the full $997 proof fee back. You keep the work.

The bar is the counting agreement we sign with you on day 0. It says what counts as a lead and a booked job, which records we check, and what matched means. The 14 days start at the kickoff call.

What we need from you: access within 2 business days, and a person who can pull your booking or call records when we ask.

Why founding clients pay less

We are new to selling this as a package. Founding clients take a bet on that, so they pay less. In return we ask for three things:

  • Access to your ad accounts, website and booking tool within 2 business days.
  • One 15-minute feedback call after handoff.
  • If you’re happy, a short written review we can share. We never use your name or business name unless you say yes in writing.

After the proof: weekly fixes and a Monday report

On handoff day we ask one question. Want us to keep fixing what leaks, every week?

  • Each week we find the biggest leak and fix it.
  • Every Monday you get five numbers, checked against your records.
  • If leads go up and booked jobs don’t, the report shows it is the phone, not the ads.
What a Monday report looks like.

Biggest leak this week

After-hours calls ring out. This week we send them to your on-call phone.

Fixed last week

The quote form counted twice in Google Ads. It now counts once.

Your report shows your own numbers.

  • In month one, we write down a signal bar with you, built on the counting agreement. It says which leads count, and how closely the ad account must match your records.
  • If we miss that bar in month one, we show you why on the Monday report and fix it first.
  • Any ongoing work gets a separate written scope and price before it starts.
  • Monthly plans stop with 30 days’ notice.
  • Accounts stay in your name. You own the data and the history.

If the leak list shows a leak, we can build the fix: landing pages, missed-call text back, quote reminders, or tracking for extra tools. Each is a fixed price, quoted after the proof.

What’s the catch

What’s the catch?

We need access within 2 business days and someone who can pull your booking or call records. Without your records, we can’t prove the count. That’s it.

Is campaign management included in the $997?

No. The founding offer is the tracking setup and test. Running Google or Meta campaigns, building dashboards and managing ongoing improvements each get a separate scope and price before work starts.

What if the count doesn’t match my records?

By day 14, if any agreed lead type counts incorrectly against the records named in our counting agreement, you get the full $997 proof fee back. You keep the work.

Why is the price so low?

The founding offer is $997 for a defined tracking setup and verification. It covers one website and up to 2 booking or checkout tools. Campaign management, dashboards and ongoing work are separate.

How much of my time does it take?

Two short calls, a 20-minute kickoff and a 30-minute handoff, plus access to your accounts. Founding clients add one 15-minute feedback call after handoff. We do the rest.

Do I have to keep paying after day 14?

No. The proof stands on its own. The weekly plan is your choice, and it stops with 30 days’ notice.

Do you answer our phones or hold our customer data?

No. Your staff talks to your customers, and your records stay in your systems. We read them only to check the count.

Start with a free leak teardown.
