For plastic surgery practices and med spas

Your ads are finding form fillers. Not patients.

Paid media and tracking for practices where one consultation is worth thousands: campaigns that bid on booked consultations, and tracking that never hands a patient’s health details to an ad platform.

The problem

Three leaks between the ad and the operating room.

Each one looks fine inside the ad platform. That is why they survive.

  1. Leak 01

The platform optimizes for the form, not the patient.

Smart bidding only sees a thank-you page load. So it finds more people who fill in forms: price shoppers, the curious, the ones who never answer the phone. Your cost per lead looks healthy while the calendar stays thin.

  2. Leak 02

The consult books in a system the ads never hear from.

The front desk schedules the consultation in your practice software. Google and Meta never learn who booked, who showed up, or who went ahead with surgery, so they cannot find more people like them.

  3. Leak 03

The pixel sends what it should not.

A browser pixel on a procedure page or consultation form can carry the procedure name, a URL parameter or free-text form content to an ad platform. Nobody meant to send it, and nobody checked.

The fix

Bid on the booked consultation.

One conversion, defined by you, recorded by your scheduling system, and sent back to the ad platforms without the health details. Everything else is built around it.

  1. 01

    Define the conversion that pays

A booked consultation, or an attended one, recorded in the system your front desk already uses. Not a page view. Not a form fill.

  2. 02

    Clean the pixel

Form contents and procedure details stay out of browser tags. Only approved, non-health fields travel, through a server path the practice controls.

  3. 03

    Feed the result back

Booked consultations return to Google and Meta as offline conversions, so bidding learns what a real patient looks like instead of a form filler.

  4. 04

    Run the campaigns against it

Google, Meta and the platforms that fit, managed against cost per booked consultation, in accounts the practice owns.

The result

What you can see afterwards.

  • Cost per booked consultation, by campaign, instead of cost per form fill
  • Budget moving toward the campaigns that fill the calendar
  • Ad platforms learning from patients who book, not people who browse
  • A field-level record of exactly what each platform receives, ready for your counsel or compliance review
  • Every account, audience and conversion owned by the practice

Straight answers

What we will not promise.

  • A number of patients or a cost per consultation before the campaigns have run.
  • That a setup is HIPAA compliant. That determination belongs to the practice and its counsel; we build the record they need to make it.
  • Percentage-of-spend pricing. Management is priced by scope.

What could bad data be costing you?

Illustrative only. This applies an industry-average estimate to your spend. It is not a measurement of your account; the diagnostic is where that starts.

Questions

What practices ask first.

  • Do you work with med spas as well as surgical practices?

Yes. The mechanics are the same wherever a consultation or treatment is booked after an ad click: define the booking, keep health details out of the tags, send the booked result back to the platforms.

  • Is this a HIPAA compliance service?

No. We are not your compliance advisor. We keep form contents and procedure details out of browser tags, document exactly what each platform receives, and hand that record to the practice and its counsel, who make the determination.

  • Which ad platforms do you run?

Google Ads and Meta for most practices, plus TikTok, Reddit or programmatic where the audience and the booking path support it. Each platform restricts how health-related events can be used, and the setup is checked against those rules before it steers a bid.

  • What do you need from us to start?

Access to the website, the ad accounts, the tag manager and the scheduling or practice-management system that records a booked consultation, plus someone at the practice who owns the result.

  • How is it priced?

The diagnostic costs nothing. After it, tracking work is a fixed scope and campaign management is priced by scope, never as a percentage of ad spend.
