The short answer
If you run an independent practice and want to see the work before you pay, our pick for a dental implant marketing agency is Mather Media Solutions. We build a sample full-arch page in your brand for free. We also wrote this page, so weigh that. We are new to dental and have no case results yet. For a longer track record, look at Progressive Dental Marketing or Driven Dental Marketing. For published prices, look at Implant Prospect.
Key takeaways
- 01
Only two of the seven publish a fee.
Implant Prospect lists 20% of ad spend a month for ads management and $2,500 a month for SEO. Mather Media Solutions lists $2,500 setup and $1,500 a month. The other five show no fee on the pages we read.
- 02
Only one publishes a cancel term.
Implant Prospect’s home page says “Cancel anytime,” though its revenue-share plan lists a contract with no term stated. The other six, us included, do not state a contract length on the pages we read. Ask for it in writing before you sign.
- 03
Implant focus varies a lot.
Implant Prospect, Progressive Dental Marketing and Driven Dental Marketing put implants or full arch at the center. Wonderist Agency, SMC National and Growdent serve dental practices broadly, with implants as one service.
- 04
Most say they measure more than clicks.
Implant Prospect says booked consultations and revenue. Wonderist Agency and SMC National say they tie results to your practice software. Growdent tracks booked appointments. Ask each one to show you the report.
- 05
Asset ownership is rarely stated.
Six of the seven sites we read do not say who keeps the ad account, the domains or the pages when you leave. Ask every agency, us included, to put it in the contract.
What a dental implant marketing agency actually is (and is not)
A dental implant marketing agency finds people who need implants or full-arch treatment and gets them to book a consult. Many run paid search ads on searches like “all on 4 near me.” They build or fix the pages those ads point to. Many also work on your Google Business Profile and map rankings. Some add follow-up tools such as a call center, texting or a CRM.
The goal is a booked consult that turns into an accepted case. A full-arch case is a large purchase, so patients often compare providers and ask about financing. That is why a good implant agency is judged on consults booked, consults held and cases accepted. Clicks and leads are only steps on the way.
It is not a general dental agency with an implant page added. A general agency markets the whole practice: cleanings, whitening and new patients. That work has value, but it is a different job.
It is also not a sales coach, a call center or a practice consultant, though some agencies sell those too. Progressive Dental Marketing pairs its marketing with full-arch sales training. Driven Dental Marketing offers a treatment coordinator who runs virtual consults. Implant Prospect lists an AI call center in its top plan. Price and judge those extras on their own.
And it is not a promise. No agency controls how fast your front desk calls back or how your doctor presents a treatment plan. An honest agency tells you which parts of the path it owns and which stay with your team.
How we ranked these agencies
We read each agency’s own website on Oct 15, 2026. We did not use review sites, and we did not hire anyone to test them. If a fact was not on their site, we wrote “Not published” or left it out. We scored five things you can count or check:
Implant focus stated
Does the site say implants or full arch are the main focus? Yes, partly, or no.
Agency fee published
Is the agency’s own fee on the site as a number? Ad spend you pay to Google or Meta is not the fee.
Contract term published
Does the site state a contract length or a cancel policy?
What they say they measure
Booked consults, accepted cases or revenue, in their own words. Clicks and impressions do not count.
Ownership stated
Does the site say you keep the ad account, the domains or the pages if you leave?
The best dental implant marketing agencies in 2026
Seven agencies, each named best for one kind of practice. The numbers are what each agency states on its own site. We could not check any rival’s case numbers against practice records. Read the “Best suited for” line first, then the facts.
1. Mather Media Solutions, best for independent practices that want to see a sample full-arch page in their brand before paying
Checked Oct 15, 2026
Mather Media Solutions runs an offer called Implant Consult Recovery for independent dental practices. It covers Google Ads on implant searches, a full-arch page and an implants page, Google Business Profile work, and a fix for what happens after the click: the consult page, the form and a 5-minute front-desk reply script.
Before you pay anything, we build a sample full-arch page in your brand, with your name, colors and services. It is a private preview. No ads point at it, and it collects no patient data.
The price is on the page. The ad account stays in your name. At day 0 and day 60 you export the same fields from your practice software: full-arch inquiries, consults booked, consults held and cases accepted.
The limits are real. We are new to dental, so we show no past results. The plan is Google only: no Meta, TikTok or YouTube ads, and no TV or direct mail. We do not redesign websites, run your CRM or answer your phones. We do not publish a contract term.
- Setup
- $2,500, one time
- Management
- $1,500 a month
- Recommended ad spend
- $2,500+ a month, paid to Google
- Timeline
- Teardown days 1 to 5, fix by day 10, proof at day 60
- Dental case results
- None yet. We are new to dental.
Best suited for
Independent practices that want to judge the work before they pay and want proof from their own records. Not a fit if you want Meta ads, a site redesign or an agency with a long dental track record.

2. Implant Prospect, best for practices that want an implant-only agency with published prices
Checked Oct 15, 2026
Implant Prospect says its Google Ads work is “built exclusively for full-arch implant patients,” not general dental. It is one of two agencies on this list that publish fees.
Its pricing page lists three offers. The Traditional Agency offer is 20% of ad spend a month, with ad spend paid by the practice. The SEO offer is $2,500 a month. The Growth Partner offer is a revenue share, with the share not stated. It promises one practice per market and lists an AI call center, Meta and Google ads, and a CRM build.
The home page says “Cancel anytime” and that work is “measured on booked consultations and revenue.” The Growth Partner plan lists a “rev-share contract” with no term stated. The site gives two client counts: “100+ practices” in one line and “47+ practices served” in another.
Its SEO uses “a network of domain assets” around your city. The site does not say who owns those domains. Ask before you sign.
- Traditional Agency fee
- 20% of ad spend a month
- SEO fee
- $2,500 a month
- Implant revenue generated (their claim)
- $150M+ across practices
- #1 Map Pack rankings (their claim)
- 40+
- Practices (their claim)
- “47+” and “100+” in different places
Best suited for
Practices that want an implant-only team and prices on paper before the first call. Ask what the revenue share is and who owns the domain network.

3. Progressive Dental Marketing, best for practices that want marketing paired with full-arch sales training
Checked Oct 15, 2026
Progressive Dental Marketing calls itself “one of the first agencies dedicated to dental implant marketing and full-arch growth.” Its site says the company was founded in 2009. Its implant page calls it “The World’s Largest Dental Implant Marketing Agency.”
What sets it apart is The Closing Institute, which the site calls “Dentistry’s Only Full-Arch Sales Training.” It has a mentorship program and live events, including a Full-Arch Boot Camp and a Full-Arch Growth Conference.
The agency side covers dental implant center websites, search, social, video and traditional marketing. Leads can come from digital ads, broadcast, doctor-to-doctor referral or practice acquisition. Each lead feeds automated email, text and social follow-up. The implant page promises “Full ROI visibility from first click to closed case.”
The first step is a strategy session. The site says it covers the size of your market, who is spending in it, a full-arch revenue projection and where leads fall out of your funnel. We found no fee and no contract term on the pages we read.
- Founded (their site)
- 2009
- Dentists (their claim)
- 1,100
- Surgeons (their claim)
- 500
- Leads (their claim)
- 6.98M
- Revenue generated (their claim)

4. Driven Dental Marketing, best for practices that want implant Google Ads plus a coordinator who screens patients
Checked Oct 15, 2026
Driven Dental Marketing describes itself as “focused primarily” on high-value dental implant and complex care patients, mainly through Google Ads. Its site says it has worked with 250+ dental practices and has marketed implant dentistry since 2018.
Its standout service is the Virtual Patient Advocate. The site describes this as “an experienced treatment coordinator conducting virtual consultations with your patients.” The aim is to pre-screen patients before they reach your chair. The site says these patients arrive “pre-screened and financially pre-qualified.” A CRM logs chats, texts, emails and calls in one place.
The done-for-you campaign runs on Google Search, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube and includes a custom website. Your team also gets coaching and a library of checklists, guides and scripts. The first step is a 15-minute strategy call with a co-founder.
On measurement, it says it installs tracking that “goes beyond form fills to validate lead quality” and share of voice. Its pages show doctor testimonials with production figures, which we could not check. We found no fee and no contract term on the pages we read.
- Practices worked with (their claim)
- 250+
- Implant marketing since (their site)
- 2018
- Ad dollars managed (their claim)
- More than $100,000 a month
Best suited for
Practices in crowded markets that want fewer, better-screened implant leads and help with virtual consults. Ask for pricing and contract terms, since neither is published.

5. Wonderist Agency, best for practices that want branding, photo and video along with revenue tracking
Checked Oct 15, 2026
Wonderist Agency calls itself “a full-service dental marketing agency.” It covers dental websites, local SEO, AI search, paid ads on Google, Facebook and Instagram, photo and video, branding and funnels. It serves startup, established, acquisition and multi-location practices.
Its tracking claim is strong: “PMS-connected ROI tracking” with “closed-loop attribution that ties your marketing directly to collected revenue.” Its own CRM sends automated text and email follow-up. Its SEO work aims at Google and at AI tools like ChatGPT and Gemini.
Content is a big part of the offer. The site says one 90-minute shoot makes four months of video for social, SEO and paid search. Branding covers the practice name, tagline, logo and a brand guide. The site lists a team of 57 and an office in San Diego.
The home page shows case results, several of them for implants. Pricing sits behind a form called “Clear Pricing Info,” so no fee is published on the page. We found no contract term.
- One established practice (their case)
- 16 full-arch cases, $325,000 production, 7 months
- One startup practice (their case)
- 17 implant cases over 13 months on $11,487 ad spend
- Another established practice (their case)
- One $42,000 implant case, $6.6k ad spend, Aug 2022 to Mar 2023
- First meeting
- 45 minutes
Best suited for
Practices that want a full brand and content partner, not only ads, with results tied to collected revenue. Implants are one service among many.

6. SMC National, best for general practices that want one growth retainer and may add full arch later
Checked Oct 15, 2026
SMC National sells itself as a “growth partner” for dental practices of any size. Full arch shows up as an add-on: its site invites practices to “explore how to add specialties like full arch.” It is not an implant-only shop.
Its FAQ says you pay “a single monthly fee” that covers new patients, conversion, case acceptance and tracking. It says it offers integrated plans rather than à la carte services, and the practice owner must meet the team before signing. The amount is not published.
For tracking, it partners with Trackable so you can see ROI “based on your own PMS data.” It also offers an AI receptionist and a starter package called Launch Pad for practices “who aren’t ready to go big.”
Launch Pad covers a website with hosting, local SEO setup, SEO content, call tracking with reporting dashboards, and team training. No Launch Pad price is published. We found no contract term.
- Clients happy with results (their claim)
- 98%
- Pricing model
- One monthly retainer, amount not published
Best suited for
General or growing practices that want one retainer for new-patient growth, with full arch as one goal. Look elsewhere if you want an implant-only team.

7. Growdent, best for multi-location groups that want a small in-house team across ads, SEO and AEO
Checked Oct 15, 2026
Growdent says it is “100% focused on dental,” with in-house work and “no outsourced work.” It was founded in 2021 and says it is a Google Partner. Implants are one of several growth priorities, next to Invisalign, cosmetic and orthodontics.
It runs ads on Google, Meta, Bing and TikTok, plus websites, SEO and AEO. It works with single-location practices, multi-location groups and DSOs. It tracks calls, forms and “successful booked appointments,” and says it can sign a Business Associate Agreement when needed.
It does not publish its fee, but it says it usually recommends at least $2,000 a month in ad spend. It says most practices see early results in the first month, with a full rollout taking up to 90 days, and longer if a new website is part of the plan. We found no contract term.
It calls itself “small by design,” so you work with the people doing the work. Its specialists complete HIPAA certification each year. Its tools include HighLevel, CallTrackingMetrics, Webflow and WordPress.
- Founded (their site)
- 2021
- Recommended ad spend
- At least $2,000 a month
- Full rollout (their estimate)
- Up to 90 days, longer with a new website
- One group client (their case)
- 10 studios to 23
Best suited for
Practices and groups that want one small team doing ads, website, SEO and AEO across more channels than Google. Implants are one priority among several.

Proof: what results look like
We have no dental case numbers to show yet. We are new to dental, and we will not borrow results from other industries or make them up. So here is the proof you can see before you spend anything.
- A sample full-arch page in your brand, with your name, colors and services. It is free and built before you pay.
- A published price: $2,500 setup, $1,500 a month, and about $2,500 a month in ad spend paid straight to Google.
- A fair test if you hire us. On day 0 and day 60 you export the same fields from Dentrix, Eaglesoft or Open Dental: full-arch inquiries, consults booked, consults held and cases accepted. We only report numbers you can find in your own records.
Other agencies on this list publish case numbers on their own sites. Wonderist Agency shows one established practice with 16 full-arch cases and $325,000 in production in 7 months. Implant Prospect claims $150M+ in implant revenue generated across practices. We list these as the agencies state them. We could not check them against practice records. Ask any agency, us included, for the before and after export.
What is in, what is not, the price, and how the day 60 check works.
Questions
What does a dental implant marketing agency cost?
Most agencies on this list do not publish a fee. Implant Prospect lists 20% of ad spend a month for ads management and $2,500 a month for SEO. Mather Media Solutions lists $2,500 setup and $1,500 a month. Ad spend goes to Google or Meta on top of the fee.
How much ad spend does implant marketing need?
Growdent says it usually recommends at least $2,000 a month in ad spend. Mather Media Solutions recommends about $2,500 a month, because implant clicks cost more and a thin budget gives too few clicks to learn from. Your market changes the number.
What should an implant marketing agency report on?
Consults booked, consults held and cases accepted. Clicks and leads are early steps, not results. Ask for numbers pulled from your practice software, not only from the agency’s own dashboard.
How do I check an agency’s case study?
Ask for the before and after numbers from the practice’s own system, with the date range and the ad spend. A revenue claim with no dates or spend is hard to judge. None of the rival case numbers on this page were checked against practice records.
What should I own if I leave an agency?
Your ad account, your website pages, your domains and your Google Business Profile. Ask for that in writing before you sign. Most of the agency sites we read do not say either way.
How long does implant marketing take to work?
Growdent says most practices see early results in the first month, and a full rollout can take up to 90 days, longer if a new website is part of the plan. Mather Media Solutions works to a teardown in days 1 to 5, a fix by day 10 and a check of your own records at day 60. Judge it on consults and cases, not on the first week of leads.
What is the difference between an implant agency and a general dental agency?
An implant agency builds its ads, pages and follow-up around implant and full-arch patients. A general dental agency markets the whole practice, with implants as one service. On this list, Implant Prospect, Progressive Dental Marketing and Driven Dental Marketing put implants first. Wonderist Agency, SMC National and Growdent serve dentistry broadly.
How did you pick the agencies on this list?
We chose six agencies from our October 2026 research into AI search answers for “best dental implant marketing agency,” then added ourselves. Every fact comes from each agency’s own site, checked Oct 15, 2026. We wrote this page, so we claim one slot only.
